Carers work very hard however the office staff are awful never answer the phone or reply to emails
We visited pride homecare for the first time today specifically to see their Santa, after having seen recommendations from people on Facebook. It was 45 mins away for us, and we were absolutely not let down one bit! The lovely person who greeted us dressed as an elf was just wonderful, bringing us coffees whilst we waited for the person currently in with Santa, and sweets for the children! Pride is very involved with Attleborough as a community. They host a Santa's Grotto every year and it is truly wonderful experience. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Decorations are brilliant. Thank you for a fantastic experience!! Xx
I have been lucky enough to volunteer in the pride craft afternoon events and have loved watching services users having such a lovely time Daniel and Paul along with other staff pulled out all the stops on the 80th anniversary of DDay arranging someone from the RBL to come and give a talk and live music from Sue got people singing and waving flags followed by fish and chips everyone said they had a lovely time these days are so good for people's mental wellbeing and so looking forward to the next one
I have known Dan and Paul for many years! They defentually live up to the "PRIDE" name, they take pride in everything they do and achieve. I have worked alongside them both and they are fantastic carers, always going above and beyond for there clients like they would treat one of there own. There enthusiasm and characters kept spirts high when we would work long hours doing extra shifts to make things run smoothly and making sure nothing would change for the clients with each other.
