I appreciate the way they recommend waiting for certain services when they aren't necessary, while I actively have other places saying everything needs to be replaced every single time. The service was the pits,had a 10:30 appointment. Told me it would be about one and a half hour wait ,after waiting for over 2 HR. checked to see what the statues was on my car. They hadn't even started on it. waited another hour. over 3 hours for a oil change and lube job is nuts. What's the advantage of having an appointment???? . To their credit they didn't charge for my service. whether I ever go back remains to be seen. I'm not a happy customer!!!!
