This is my second time coming into Arlington Toyota! And both experiences were very great! Hardworking salesman! Thanks to Dominick Barksdale for working hard to make a dream deal Happen for my fiancé. Recommend anybody looking to purchase a car come here.

When my wife and I bought 2 different cars in one weekend, the second finance guy who dealt with us was a sneaky, conniving jerk. Total opposite an experience from the day before, when we weren’t treated like idiots. I will never ever give Keith Pierson another dime, and I have even talked friends out of buying from there, despite the offer of a $150 referral fee. I wouldn’t want anybody to be treated as poorly by the finance guy as we were. Everybody else was fine. But this one guy totally ruined the experience.

I had the best experience buying my first vehicle with P.Scott at Toyota. The atmosphere was amazing. The customer service was just splendid. Didn’t feel pressured into anything unlike most dealerships. If you’re looking for something reliable and affordable come here.

No Star review! I had to put a star otherwise I couldn't post this! I've never experience a worst customer service in my life. Ordered a part (seatbelt) from the passenger seat 6 months ago. I paid up front because according to Jim Norton Toyota OKC that will be the fastest way to get it in stock and installed. A month later I called and they said they got the part but in a different color. They said It will take longer and I let it pass. I only deal with Lauren when I take my car into get service, she’s honest, friendly and incredibly accommodating. I don’t take my car anywhere else, go see Lauren!!

Horrible customer service, managers shouldn't tell at you when you want to shop around at other places. When you are not interested in a car, they should not assume you can't afford it or tell you, you wasted their time.
