Bad service, they destroyed my new RAV4's kick panel due to installation of hitch without warning or informing me, actually they didn't know the affection of the new part installation but after the service, too funny when more than a technician tried to open when I asked them, after they failed to open it they told me that it is affected by the hitch installation.
