Learn your inventory and stop trying to upsell. People take their time to contact you and then come to purchase from you only to find out that you don't have what they wanted on your lot. Wasted my time.

It took 4.5 hours to do an oil and transmission fluid change. That's just crazy. It's my second service there. The first time it took 3 hours for an oil change. I'll avoid the place like covid from now on.
