I am writing regarding an incident that occurred to me on December 9, 2020, at Girard Toyota, New London, CT. RecommendedAlways on time with service and questions are answered. I wanted to bye anew car; however, I could not see out of the back window. The headrests are to high and close together. The team tried to accommodate my needs but the the change would have to come from corporate headquarters design department.
