RecommendedI wasn't too pleased with my experience at Cavender so I went to North Park location. Fred was awesome and kept me posted, asked questions, concerns and worked with my budget. I was even amazed they washed and vacuumed my car. Thank you for the great service.
Appointment was at 11:30am left at 2:15pm! Waaay to long! Slowest service department ever! I will be going somewhere else next time. This is not the first time this had happened

I had an appointment at 11:30, at 1 PM they still hadn’t looked at my car and acted like nothing was wrong with the situation. They take advantage of you and don’t care.

RecommendedDon’t put off having your car fixed. I have been putting it off afraid that I would have to leave it in the shop or wait to have it fixed. During my first visit to the shop the part was there and my car was fixed that day while I was at the eye Dr. I picked it up and drove home. Thanks bunches- now let the snow begin and Merry Christmas to all at Toyota!!
