a day ago I wish to rate them zero stars if possible,,,i have terrible experience at Toyota Richardson service center i dropped my car at 11:30 a.m for service ( oil /filter change and alignment as per advisor advice ) the advisor told me it will be ready within 1 hour and half . Rob Knight, Mark Vickers, and the man I deal with at the service desk, sorry I forgot his name, and the drivers could not be better. A car dealership may sell quality vehicles but the dealership is only as good as the people who work there.
