RecommendedI can say that the group at Oxmoor Toyota has never let me leave unhappy; whether it be serve or sales. I worked with William yesterday and made a deal that was good for me. He is not your average salesman.
RecommendedI was about to shop totally on line for a car, because I was sick of salesmen. From “switch bait” to numbers changing. But, I found a deal on a car they had on line, and went to see it. The salesman Scott, was calm and did not try to switch cars on me. Yay! My favorite was Damian in finance. I told him what I was trying to accomplish with payment and interest. He found a bank that met my goal. He was straight forward and honest. Very refreshing and unexpected at a car dealership. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I brought my RAV4 for required service maintenance on Saturday at 9 am. I went home expecting a call in a couple of hours. After 3 hours I had not heard from the service rep Sherrie. I called KPT and I was put on hold for about 15 minutes. After I finally got through they could not locate Sherrie, but they were going to text her and she would give me a call. Their sales staff has much to be desired. They claim to be short staffed. They say they will call back and stay in touch and you never hear from them again. It’s been weeks since the sales manager said he’d call back and personally take care of my car needs. Then they send an email telling me to check their ever changing inventory. Must not need car sales these days. I wonder if dealership ownership agrees with their approach to new business.
