Their sales staff has much to be desired. They claim to be short staffed. They say they will call back and stay in touch and you never hear from them again. It’s been weeks since the sales manager said he’d call back and personally take care of my car needs. Then they send an email telling me to check their ever changing inventory. Must not need car sales these days. I wonder if dealership ownership agrees with their approach to new business.

I’m not usually the type to leave reviews, however I almost feel obligated to leave this one. I’ve never purchased a newer vehicle from a dealership before. I just purchased a 2019 Volkswagen Atlas from the used car lot at Golling Toyota. We had test drove several different vehicles from there and the wifey fell in love with the thing. We came in with a check in hand ready to sign papers and complete the transaction only to be told they don’t do business with USAA or Navy Federal Credit Union because they “don’t get paid” which is interesting since my check was ready. They seem to not be military friendly as they tried to force us into their financing. We’ll take our money elsewhere. Too bad they don’t understand customer lifetime value since we were repeat customers. Not anymore.
