Horrible experience! If you want to deal with terrible customer service , no one to get back to you after your purchase, screw you over on the deal even after you put a sizable down payment then this is the place for you! Super easy and fast! The car buying experience is a much dreaded thing for me. But Michael S. was great. Just what I look for in a car salesman. Not pushy, not rude, knowledgable, and friendly. I think we were in and out in about 3 hours from test drive to driving my new car off the lot! I would def recommend Price Leblanc to my family and friends. I bought a used 2015 Mazda 6 from here about 5 months ago. When it was time to rotate the tires I noticed the car had special lugs that could only be unlocked by a special socket. Since this was done by the cars previous owner I called price Leblanc to see if they could get me the socket to take my wheels off. They told me they rotated my tires before I bought the car so obviously they should have it right? Beware. Offered $27,000 for a 2015 mustang gt premium with 6,000 miles on it. Kinda funny a $42,000 car can depreciate $15,000 in only 2 months
Just leased a new Toyota Avalon. The salesman, Mike, and the Manager, Danny, were great! Super friendly and accommodating. All car buying are leasing should be that pleasant.
