Just a shout out to our Toyota salesman John Sabin for his superb service always. If my BR metro, even Laf & NOLA friends that in need of a Toyota, John is your man at Price Leblanc. He's sold us 2 Camrys. Our 1st time going I was going there to get a Venza but he talked me out of it bec of the gas mileage. He's not your typical salesman there to make a commission. He gives you the facts & sells you what you need. He'll definitely sell us an Avalon next yr.

Our second car from PLT in 4 years, with both being for our college son. Buying a pre-owned is always a search for the right car, right features, etc. Steve Luce needs to be commended on his patience and focus over the many days of searching for the right car. To his credit, Steve searched throughout the Leblanc system and especially in the neighboring Lexus dealership. In the end we wound up with ANOTHER excellent ride. Steve is our FIRST CALL going forward.

Paid to have cabin filter changed in my Tundra only to discover later that it was NOT changed!! Last time they ever get any of my service!
Don't advertise a vehicle that is not on your lot and don't tell a potential customer that said vehicle is available when it really isn't only to arrive and be told that the vehicle "has been sold" only for the sole purpose of bringing you in and trying to sell you a different car that a customer is not interested in. Piss poor communication by Borron Owen and don't even have the decency or balls to apologize either in person or phone call. You lost a potential customer and any recommendations.
