Strong recommendation to be present during the scheduled removal of the so called "rats" that have infested your home. But even if you have ZERO rats, you will never see your money again. This company took $1,822 based on J.D. Odom's inspection report of a "roof rat" infestation but after the 30 days of treatment they failed to "trap and remove" even one single rat! ZERO RATS! They show up when you schedule them and if it's not convenient they reschedule to make it. If there's a problem after your treatment they come back at no charge to you.
This company breaks its obligations by not showing up for scheduled appointments, however if we want to break our contract we are fined. I do not recommend signing a contract with this company.
Very professional and reliable. I have had no problems with bugs or spiders or those darn tree roaches!!! I would recommend Preventive Pest Control to everyone.
I actually worked for the company for over a year. This is actually for the people that expected results after one service. That is not realistic at all especially if the problem is that bad. It can take several visits for real results.
I do not recommend this company as they do NOT control pest problems. Even worse the managers do not call back since they are the only ones who can cancel your service.
Always pleased with how friendly and informative the guys are who provide service. The call center is very helpful to get fast service out to my house if I have a area that needs a little extra attention. I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a great, friendly pest company!!!!
