Very nice Service Tech, terrible products. I still have roaches, spiders, pill bugs, you name it! I called and told them, and they said I was a day past the window for a follow up treatment........ wasted my $....

Preventive has been servicing our house and my parent's house for years and we never have bug problems.
We got a referral for Preventive from Orion Roofing & Construction. They came to our home took their time to make sure the job was done well and did quality excellent work. I felt they were really good people and would recommend them to anyone needing pest control services.
I was a customer of preventive until I saw them sell friends of mine on rodent control because they were told they had a rat infestation in their attic. After 3 to 4 weeks of baiting, trapping not one rat caught or seen. In fact, I went with a service manager from preventive in the attic after complaints were made and he acknowledged that the bait had not even been disturbed. They scam you and take your money. They act like you have a huge pest problem but after setting their traps they couldn't come up with one rat.
They steal your money and say you have a horrible rat problem, yet no signs of an "infestation" nor did they retrieve or capture any rats.
