Technician Marcus was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. I like that the solution used is people friendly. Erica was very helpful and friendly as well. First time using their service. So far so good.
Bruce is the best! Every time he has come out, he is extremely polite and checks in with us before and after he finishes to see if there’s anything else he can do. He has serviced our home for almost a year and we definitely plan to continue!!
Fredy did a fantastic job. He called before he came out as we were told he would. Fredy was polite and friendly. He described exactly how he was going to treat the front and back yard, side of the house, perimeter around the house and around the baseboards inside the house. Fredy also was able to answer all questions I had. We were happy he was the service technician that came to our house. Thank you, Fredy.
I hired Preventative Pest Control because they had the lowest pricing. The sales man made an extraordinary pitch and that is another reason why I decided to go with them. I was promised a lot at the time of the signing of the contract, however communication was terrible, they lied about the services that they provide, and none of the workers really knew what they were supposed to be doing due to terrible communication, except Rico. I was even told they would complete a clean up job, however I was left to clean the rat feces.... read more
