Awful salon with inflexible service, cancelling appointments last minute and punishing me for me cancelling an appointment when my circumstances change - actually as my mother had had a stroke and I had to go to hospital!! Their staff need some training on customer service. Certainly not a 5 star salon at all!
I had a great appointment with Alison back in September. I had a very overdue re-style... Alison cut my hair beautifully and she was great company. I had a lovely time..it was a great experience!
