So my friend, a female goes for a standard oil change at Prestige Subaru yesterday. She drives to Charlotte today and her low oil light comes on, the car lost all its oil because the mechanic at Prestige Subaru did Not put the oil cap on, oil splattered all over the motor and my friend stranded having to go to gas stations to get oil...someone needs to pay attention
I am a four year owner of a 2009 Subaru Forester that I purchased from Prestige Subaru's used car inventory. Jason Wicks was very helpful with the buying process! Almost immediately the check engine light came on, which is somewhat of an issue with Subaru's. The service department quickly jumped in and put me in a loaner Subaru while they resolved the problem.
