Just had my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek serviced at Prestige Subaru. Best customer service I've ever experienced. Hands down. From the moment I walked in they were so kind, welcoming, and generous. I was offered breakfast snacks and coffee while I waited! The service was fast and efficient. Horrible! Took my car to have a recall performed - they broke my dashboard, fuel gauge, speedometer, and cruise control. The service manager Jerry Hagan tried to blame it on my battery, accused me of lying about the damage, then admitted they couldn't understand the wiring diagrams. I was sent home (2 hours away) in a rental that broke down. A week later, after failed attempts to contact the manager of the dealership, they agreed to bring the car to another dealer for inspection. They arrived over two hours late, so the plac... read more
Just be careful cause they tell you one thing and then don't follow thru...with what they say they can and will do....
Prestige is a great place to shop for your next vehicle. I only wish they made a truck. Certainly recommend!
Prestige Subaru and Jason (Internet Sales Manager) were a pleasure to deal with and gave me more than I wanted at the same price for 2016 Crosstrek. I did not feel the normal angst in this car buying experience that I have had in the past, and their knowledge is off the charts. I will do business with them again in the future.
Went in a year ago looking to buy, worked with a great guy- Mo! however, things fell through with financing. Went in today looking to work with Mo again as he is amazing! He was at the door and we were able to work with him and he went above and beyond today!!! I was able to come home with an amazing new vehicle (my first new vehicle at that) Prestige you have a great person in Mo and I hope you realize just how valuable he is!
