So upset that my year old Outback broke down outside of Asheville on our way back to Memphis!! Lucky for us we were only about five minutes away from Prestige Subaru. We had the car towed to the dealership-unfortunately it was closed due to the fact it was a Sunday. Bought 10th Subaru March 30, 2015. It Is a 2015 Outback Limited. Has all bells and whistles. Am new to keyless entry. Locked car and could not get unlocked. Called sales manager, he said be there in a few minutes. He was and brought service manager in case there was a failure of locks. I was astounded at such great service after the sale.
