Called multiple times to get an estimate on replacing headlights, was left on hold for at least 10 minutes each time, even left messages on successive days. Never got a response from the service department. Decided to show up to try to get answers, and was met with sub par service bc I didn't have an appointment. Didn't realize I needed one to get an estimate. I purchased my own bulbs for the replacement, and was told by the woman who greeted me that she would have to ask if that was allowed. I have purchased over 10 cars in my life and not once has a sales manager spoken so rudely to me or treated me with such disrespect. It wasn't what he said, it was the way he said it. He talked over me, interrupted me, talked down to me, wouldn't sit down to negotiate but stood over us and wouldn't let us talk. I would have accepted the deal we worked out with the salesman, but because of the way the manager spoke to us we got up and left. We will never buy a car from Prestige Subaru.
Great experience and friendly staff. While staying near Asheville, my new Legacy needed the initial 6k service or it would have gone over the mileage by the time I returned home to Pennsylvania. Professional, quick and friendly service all around!
I will never go to this place again, they do not value their customers and will nickel and dime you for every penny they can possibly get!!!!!!!!!!
I bought a Forrester from Dan O a few weeks ago. I couldn't have been more pleased with his individualized service, attention to detail, and positive can do attitude. Dan spent lots of time explaining features to me and making sure that I had a smooth experience. If you're on the autism spectrum, call ahead and Dan will make sure that you have the least overwhelming car purchasing experience ever!!!
I had a great experience at Prestige Subaru. Moe took excellent care of me, as did Ryan. I drove off in a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you.
