I was very happy that they helped me out 2+ years ago after my other car died. I got a new Impreza and have loved it ever since. I've had it in for routine oil changes and once to replace a warranty-covered part. Each time I'm in and out in under an hour, typically about half an hour. Very friendly and courteous staff and the next time I need a car I'm going there first.
Out of town customer due to road mishap in the National Park. I worked with Nicole in the service department and she and the service techs were so accommodating — they got me back on the road and in the promised time!

I recently purchased my first new car at Prestige Subaru and I received outstanding service. Delina at Subaru was able to get me exactly the car I wanted with no hassles. They didn't try to hide fees and add ons like the first Subaru dealership I went to in the area. The car buying process was courteous, simple and pain free.
3 years ago I tried to buy a Subaru Outback fro Prestige. They offered me the no hassle pricing. Full Price and way low on trade in. Ended up with a Honda CRV. Last year my wife decided she really wanted an Outback and against my better judgement we got it from Prestige. The car is GREAT! The service department is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced. Subaru is an excellent product but don't use Prestige unless you want to pay to much, and get terrible service.
