I brought my car in to Prestige today for a recall repair and they took care of me royally. I was given a brand new 2019 Outback as a loaner car and they finished my own car in under the estimated time. Thanks for doing a great job Prestige!

Once again I visit Asheville, my sister picks me up in her Subaru, we have car trouble, and they get us back on the road. I've always liked the bigger vehicles but with this kind of service I will probably consider one of their new big SUV's simply because of how caring the ladies in the service department are.
I bought my certified pre-owned 2014 Subaru Forester from Prestige Subaru. I have not been happy with the service I’ve gotten at many other Subaru dealerships as unfortunately we’ve had quite a bit of issues come up with our vehicle. Rebekah in the Service department at Prestige went above and beyond to make sure that we got our issues taken care of recently. I really appreciated her willingness to work with us and make us feel like valued customers!
Recommend for buying, great service compared to other Subaru dealers and they actually know the specs of their cars. Get the warranty package that includes labor (the manufacturer warranty includes parts not labor, paying for it up front is worth it, even for just one use). DO NOT get the maintenance service package (oil, rotation, etc). They are always busy for oil change, the closest appointment is usually 3-6 weeks after you call.
