just called about my 2017 outback....tailgate wont open......I was told to "push the button on the tailgate and lift manually" when I said I tried, but that didn't work, I was told, "well, keep us posted on your progress". WTF??????? so I said schedule me an appointment because I need service soon anyway.....I was told "we don't have anything until 9/11"......WTF?????? (again). We have purchased 2 Subaru’s from Prestige Subaru and both car buying experiences were exceptional. From sales to paperwork, this dealership knows what they are doing, and the folks there work hard to keep the whole process a pleasant one. I highly recommend this dealership.
I just want to give a shout out to Adam!!! He was amazing!!!!! I had a car in mind and a budget. Adam worked hard to get me the car I wanted and Ray worked hard getting me the right finances to make it possible to get the Subaru I wanted. Adam went above and beyond what was asked of him. Just purchased our first Subaru (Forester) from Prestige and couldn't be happier with our experience. Our salesperson, Adam Stashick was EXTREMELY easy to work with, we never felt rushed in the deal or pressured for any add-ons, etc. and we were always kept in the loop for details throughout the whole process.
