I can’t say enough about what a great experience it was dealing with Prestige Subaru. I knew what I wanted, and communicated online with Kim Richardson. The next day she had the exact car I wanted sanitized and waiting for me to test drive. No pressure, no problem. Social distancing was very important to me in this time, and every effort was made to minimize any risk. They worked to get me the best possible deal and the best possible financing. Can’t imagine a better experience!
There service department is amazing. They worked with me right after I bought my legacy out of state to get some major concerns fixed. They worked with the selling dealer and my self to get every thing fixed and corrected I also had a persistent clunk in my front end that was a loose fog light. They diagnosed and repaired it free. Wasn’t a big repair but was enough to drive me bonkers Thanks again!
I've never been disappointed with my interactions with them but today actually came to my house in Cruso, picked up my Crosstrek and performed needed service. I'm beyond grateful!!

My husband and I just bought a 2019 Subaru Outback on Monday 2, 2020. Justin Harrison was our sales specialists, and he was absolutely fantastic! Everyone was friendly and helpful. If we were going to purchase another Subaru, we would go back to Prestige Subaru in Asheville. And, we would ask for Justin Harrison to be our sales specialists again! We’ve had the Outback for two days, and so far we’re happy with it. We highly recommend Prestige Subaru in Asheville! Ask for Justin Harrison!

I had just bought a used Outback from another dealer. it had an issue no one could figure it out. this issue was so bad I contacted corporate who agreed to have it diagnosed somewhere else. Jerry Hagan figured out what was wrong with the car and communicated wonderfully ..because of this the car is now fixed and I'm very happy. I will certainly be bringing the car here for service and recommend others do too. thank you!
