My fiance and I were taken care of by Buck and all the employees with our new car purchase 🥰 my fiance wasn't even 100% on buying a new car when we walked in, but we left with a 2021 impreza hatch that we adore ❤
The worst customer experience of my life and lack of management follow up was extremely disappointing. Things have really gone down hill at what used to be a phenomenal dealership.
Had a great experience dealing with Kim Richardson. My son bought his first new vehicle after graduating college and she made it an easy, stress free transaction. We had spent half the day in Boone at Modern but they would not move on sales price after several offers and counter-offers so we made the drive to Asheville. They made us feel welcome and that our business was important to them, and my son is so proud of his new Impreza.
Had a fantastic experience at Prestige and Jeffrey was the best at helping me pick out the best vehicle to meet my specs. I needed awesome seats and a smoother ride for my back and I got it!! Jeffrey made the entire transaction painless and was a very good car buying experience. I do highly recommend him and the folks at Prestige. Very professional and kind. Thank you!

I love prestige! When my car was stolen, I needed to find the perfect and affordable replacement, without a bunch of crap. They were the only ones who worked to find the car that matched me, instead of worked to convince me what they had was a match... Specifically, Sean... I highly recommend Prestige Subaru for anyone even thinking about buying a Subaru. Darby and everyone on the sale team are extremely wonderful people. You can enjoy a car buying experience without a salesman trying to get you in the most expensive car they can for profit. They care about your situation and want to help as much as they can. They worked with me even though I was a first time car buyer.
