Recommend for buying, great service compared to other Subaru dealers and they actually know the specs of their cars. Get the warranty package that includes labor (the manufacturer warranty includes parts not labor, paying for it up front is worth it, even for just one use). DO NOT get the maintenance service package (oil, rotation, etc). They are always busy for oil change, the closest appointment is usually 3-6 weeks after you call. The best experience ever. Mel, sales internet specialist, was so prompt in answering emails. When I arrived at the dealership the car was even better than expected. Mel was so helpful getting me acquainted with all the new technology included in the car. She also came along for the test ride, which made me feel so much more comfortable. I had worked out a deal before I came in on my trade I was told I would receive 3000 for my trade in before I came. Which had Issues I told them it did. After letting the dealer know this I was told that I could get $3000 for it. After driving 3 hours to get there I was told they would only give me $2000. just called about my 2017 outback....tailgate wont open......I was told to "push the button on the tailgate and lift manually" when I said I tried, but that didn't work, I was told, "well, keep us posted on your progress". WTF??????? so I said schedule me an appointment because I need service soon anyway.....I was told "we don't have anything until 9/11"......WTF?????? (again).
