So upset that my year old Outback broke down outside of Asheville on our way back to Memphis!! Lucky for us we were only about five minutes away from Prestige Subaru. We had the car towed to the dealership-unfortunately it was closed due to the fact it was a Sunday. Great people makes me feel very welcomed to the priestiege family
The car was not ready, clean, or able to crank upon my scheduled arrival. The posted photos were not like the actual description or images posted. The car had deep scratches and dents on the wheels and body that were not described or revealed through photographs. Sales staff was not flexible on a fair price for the actual car... they were pricing based on their description not the actual car.

Incredible customer service from my first phone call to pulling out of the service dept. parking lot. I drive to Asheville instead of using Subaru dealer and service in my area because they're worth it!!!!
I believe the vehicle I was interested in ended up belonging to a manager... they didn't have the price listed and the person I spoke with wasn't sure if the person still wanted to sell it...

Bought my first Subaru today at Prestige . Everyone was wonderful. Kim Richardson was truly excellent in every way. Most stress free car purchase ever. They even like and welcome dogs ... If you are looking for a wonderful car buying experience you can't go wrong with Prestige.
