The doctors at this surgery are very good although it’s not always easy to get an appointment although they now have online triage system. Most of the problems are admin related so you can fall through the cracks due to different agencies not communicating effectively. There are so many different computer systems in the NHS that it’s sometimes difficult to have a complete overview of a particular patient.
