Today was my second time going to the prenatal yoga class. I love how positive Debra is and all the relaxing techniques and exercise we do in the class. The hour simply flies because its so good :) Thank You for what your doing for us pregos!!
Fantastic class and instructor. Has definitely helped this momma-to-be keep calm and learn as much as I can about childbirth.
