I am currently 25 weeks and I've been going to Debra since week 16. I look forward to every class because it's not only a place were I can relax and do a little exercise but also a learning experience. Before every class, we each introduce ourselves and say how we are feeling but from there so many interesting conversations arise were you get to learn from other moms to be. It's an amazing hour and a half and Debra's expertise shows in every aspect of the class!!! Love it!
This class is a beautiful way to get 100% connected with my baby and be ready for her arrival. I just love it!

Today was my first time at prenatal plus yoga, and i loved it! Debra was excellent and make the class so relaxing and fun, i also loved the idea of meeting pregnant ladys, and learning from every experience. Everybody is very friendly. This class really make me feel connected to my baby.. Totally recommeded! :)
Debra is very knowledgeable and supportive. The yoga and childbirth classes are really helping me feel more confident and prepared.
