If you are pregnant or just had a baby Prenatal Plus Yoga is the best Yoga in town to attend! This is my third pregnancy and since the first one, 8 years ago, I have done yoga with Debra! She and her place are amazing! I love everything about it: the class, the music, how peaceful it is, how much you learn and prepare for a wonderful delivery! I started prenatal yoga at 16 weeks right up until week 40 - it kept me sane from work stress, just having that time every week to relax, stretch and work my body, and think only about my baby for that time. I learned so much about labour and babies from Debra , as well as the stress relief and exercise, which was incredibly helpful to a first time mum- would thoroughly recommend the classes.
