I am greatful to God that I found Prental Plus - Yoga which ended up being so much more than just yoga. I'd like to thank Debra for being the wealth of information that she is which prepared me for my big day of labor. Without all the resources we were given in our classes, I would not have been able to have the knowledge and strength to have a 100% natural birth. An amazing class full of passion, guidance and beautifull energy... It is not only yoga, it is a celebration of life and birth, mixing yoga poses with singing and dancing, feeling that strong conection between mom and baby. Debra is always sharing great advice making you feel more confident, relaxed and happy during this important time of your life . I really recommend it!

I love this place and my yoga teacher. I was walking but having lots of pains afterwards and i refuse to stay home and not be active. Once I began yoga - everything changed. I feel so much better, sleep better and feel more in tune with my little man. Definitely recommend.
