Prenatal Plus is my sanctuary. Debra is wonderful and always there to answer any questions or concerns. I started prenatal yoga at 16 weeks and continued up to 38 weeks. Thanks to Debra I learned soo much during my pregnancy. I also made wonderful friends whom I still keep in contact with after giving birth. I had a wonderful support group of expecting mommy's and never felt alone during this journey as a single mom. I felt loved! My baby is now 5 months and we continue our yoga practice at Prenatal. Debra is truly amazing . Her yoga class is equivalent to her. I'm currently 38 weeks and have been going to class since I was 16 weeks. She will also be my birth doula. I am beyond excited to share this once in a lifetime experience and receive the support that I need. A++++++++!!!!
I love Debra,she's amazing ,this is my second baby ,I had my first 8 years ago & couldn't have done it without her classes,guidance & support. Hopefully this time will be better,Debra is helping me a lot to manage my sciatica pain,emotional stress,back pain & staying strong and positive,love how knowledgeable she us,funny,helpful & so caring .
