RecommendedToday was my first class with Debra, and I have to say it was amazing! Her energy is truly exceptional. She helps you connect with your mind, body, spirit and baby! So far I’ve been to three yoga classes and they have been amazing. Not only are they awesome to condition your body and prepare for labor, but Debra gives useful advice and tips. Looking forward to my baby girl’s birthday since I will have Debra by my side to guide me as my Doula. Her energy and positive vibes are priceless. Very grateful for these classes. �
