I needed to have papers shredded and did a search on my computer. This company came up as being a local one, I emailed explained what i wanted and explained that I was deaf and contact with me would need to be by text message. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish, from the office and especially from a very pleasant and understanding young man, Danny.
