When we decided to finally build our pool we shopped around with 5 different pool companies, all highly recommended by co-workers. We met with Alan Browne from Premier Ontario and we liked him instantly. He worked with us in terms of design and budget--was very knowledgeable and professional, prompt and reliable. I've waited a year since our pool was completed before writing this review. Nothing worse than a glowing report only to find problems have developed after you extended praise for the work that has been done. If you've never experienced a major home remodel or pool construction you need to know that there is always an element of frustration with any project you take on. Overall we love the way out pool came out. Pat did a fabulous job designing a pool that fit our needs and our design aesthetic. The sales process was very smooth and any questions were quickly answered. The only thing I would change would be the communication on when certain things were to be done so we knew when people were going to be in our backyard and when payment would be needed. The owner called to see how the pool was doing and if we had any issues. We have 2 and he told us that he would have someone out the next day(Saturday), but we are having guest over so he will have repairs done on the next business day on Monday and our other issue resolved on Tuesday. We are happy with our pool and how responsive he was.
The team was very professional and communication was good. The pool looks great!
