We searched for a long time for the right pool company. We decided to go with Premier Pools even after hearing mixed reviews about the service customers received after their final payment. The crews are professional & courteous, and all customer service related issues regarding repairs and equipment are handled without delay. Additionally, all questions and concerns were and continue to be answered timely & thoroughly. We are extremely happy with our pool & the follow up services provided by Premier Pools and Spas and would/have recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.
We are super happy with our new pool that was completed this summer. Premier Pools and Spa did a great job! Obie our sales guy and All the crews were very professional and always answered any questions we had. Premier was always available via phone and we liked the fact they had a showroom we could go and choose our selections at. Our pool was completed on schedule so we were able to enjoy it this summer. We would definitely recommend Premier Pools

First I have to admit that the reviews on this site nearly caused me to steer clear of this company. I made and canceled a couple of appts. Because I was concerned about the quality of work. I am so glad we chose Premier! Mike Strausboug was our salesman. He was fantastic. Even though we had Steve Fury managing our project, Mike stayed on top of the project the entire time. Steve Fury and his team was a pleasure to work with!!! He was very passionate about making sure he addressed our needs and concerns. In the end, we ended up with a beautifully remodeled pool that has become awesome therapy pool for our disabled son. Steve even sent his pool chemical guy Terrance to help me maintain my pool. Gave me a one on one pool chemistry lesson and tips on addressing future issues and concerns.
Well, I have to day we were difficult to deal with, but they stuck with us. Thank you premier pools for your patience and dilligence. They created a beautiful spa and deck and we are so pleased. You don't find many pool companies who actually listen to what you have to say.
