Well, I have to day we were difficult to deal with, but they stuck with us. Thank you premier pools for your patience and dilligence. They created a beautiful spa and deck and we are so pleased. You don't find many pool companies who actually listen to what you have to say.

I have had 3 pools built and all by Premier with great success . I am obviously a 3 peat customer , thus I highly recommend them. Ask for Dean and his design options will provide you endless options to deliver you the pool you dream of.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Although you were not my pool contractor (mine is out of business) nor were you the company whom switched out my pool pump to a variable speed last year (we won't mention any names :( ). You did take care of my warranty issue with Zodiac when no one else would. You were quick to assess my problem and get me a new pool pump. Your tech was very efficient and had a great attitude. I will refer you to whomever is looking for a pool contractor.

Premier Pools finished our pool in 7.5 weeks and remained on budget in one of the toughest construction periods in recent history. Their online app was very useful for scheduling and their sales staff and superintendent were responsive and thoughtful. I got three bids and they were the lowest. Would recommend them without reservation.

I have had two pools built by premier in the past 15 years. Both times the install was completed on time even though both had a lot of rock. ( live in EDH). Any changes during the build were addressed quickly and easily. Our salesmen, Mike, was very easy to work with. Over the years there has been very few instances where I needed premier to come back but when I did they have done a good job. I was referred by a friend and neighbor to Premier pools. Paul Cruze was my sales consultant/designer.. he is AMAZING!!!! Can't say enough great things about him and premier pools. He updated us EVERY step of the way; responded promptly to every questions &/or concerns we had. Honest about everything. 3 of my neighbors used premier pools as well. We are ALL super happy with our pools! I will keep referring people to premier pools. I can't be more happier!

Cindy and Corey did an amazing job on my pool. They had great communication and I always knew where we stood during the process. Everyone at Premiere was friendly and went above and beyond. They were always quick to answer my calls/texts/emails or they would get back to me right away. If you're in the market for a pool don't waste your time with the other guys.

Cindy has been so patient and accommodating with us. We live in Tahoe Park and are working with plumbing relocation of sewer line and relocating and upgrading electrical panel all to allow room for a pool in a smaller backyard. She has been out to our yard many times to measure and she also has had to come up with multiple variations and plans for the pool as we have addressed these various issues. I can't thank her enough for being so flexible with us when we are also on a very set budget.
