Brandon showed up and knew exactly what was wrong with my hot tub. He even made a special trip to Home Depot for a specific part. Brandon also handled a situation that was not resolved with another company with true professionalism. Brandon also stayed after I had to leave with the family and made sure the job was done right. I will use Brandon and his company for future needs.

1 year after my pool was completed, I noticed the casing around one of the LED lights was discolored. I was expecting to get the run-around when I called but instead, 1 call to Michael from Premier fixed the issue. He had a representative come out the same day to look at the light. The next day the representative returned with a new light and replace the old one. The following year a separate light stopped working. I am very pleased and happy with the work. My sales guy was Tony E. and site manager was Erik V. They were a good team. I had a lot of questions and both were very patient and attentive via txt or email. All calls were returned in a timely manner. I love my radiant fusion finish. Design is perfect. My rock work could be neater/tighter in some areas and pool school should involve handouts or a manual. The pool guys who come after Premier finishes were ghosts in the wind and not very helpful. Premier pools finished our pool in 7 1/2 weeks. The process was super simple and fast. We had seen poor reviews on yelp and had our concerns. Ryan (our contact) showed us other reviews and we decided to take the leap and hope for the best. I'm happy we did. There was always someone available to answer questions. Everyone we worked with was polite, timely, and efficient. They operate like a machine and have the process down to a well functioning process.

Some things I learned with big projects are 1) Always research the company your thinking of doing business with, such as online reviews 2) Verify their contractors license online 3) Always anticipate some delays, especially on big complex projects 4) Always ensure your payment schedule leaves them an incentive to keep things moving along ..... I think Premier Pools fulfilled all 4 of these things! The final result is an awesome looking highly upgraded pool and one happy customer that loves to show it off!

I had a great experience with Premier Pools and Spas! They designed and built our dream pool. I was able to get lots of referrals from other customers and that's one of the things that sold me on their company. They weren't the lowest price when we were taking estimates, but they offered the most bang for the buck and they had the best warranty.
