Why isn't there a 10 Star rating ? If there were I would happily use it. I was anxious about starting out pool project We are so thrilled we selected Premier. From start to finish they have been so accommodating and and professional. Everything happened exactly like hey said it would. No surprises or complications
I was in the market to have my pool refinished and as such wanted to use a Pebble Tech finish. Well in Sacramento that means dealing with either Premier or Adam's Pools. We just completed a spool project (larger than a spa but smaller than a pool) with Premier Pools. We could not be happier. From Mike Strasbourg in Sales, who designed our spool, to everyone else throughout the completion, they were fantastic. We were always kept informed of who would be at our home and the next steps. Do your homework pools are not cheap. Ask lots of questions with all your bidders and get everything in writing. Itemize and make sure your comparing apples to apples. They build a great product and overall communication was great. 5 stars.
Highly recommend Premier Pools. They were not the lowest bidder but they had the best knowledge and experience. Remember this is a big investment and ultimately you have to live with the decisions. In reality this saved us time and money with the city and overall maintenance costs.
My wife and I did an extensive amount of research when we moved here to the San Elijo Hills area. We have had multiple pools in the previous homes we lived in back in the Sacramento Roseville area. We worked with Dennis Carson for about 2 years before we got everything together to do the pool and spa. Great company and great service. From start to finish was about a month!
In process with Premier for custom in-ground pool after quotes from 4 other top rated companies serving Murrieta/Temecula that visited our property. Around 8 other companies never replied to quote me after leaving full projects basic needs on their website lead forms or from messages left at their offices. Within 2 weeks - pool is dug, rebar, pipes, pump systems, electrical, gas, and shotcrete next up. These guys have handled issues, provided options, and are making every effort to do the job right. We had Premier build our pool and spa last summer. They were great to work with and it turned out beautiful. Excellent, competitive pricing and great customer service. They're sales force is extremely spot on!
