Why look anywhere else???? First words WOW! They were the 2nd pool company I called & 4th landscape design. I had given myself 6 month to interview & research but I am done. The owner is amazing. Arrived on time, confirmed before (former 3 were either late or I had to confirm with them ). They covered every detail! The design & options were clearly detailed out. The show room was impressive. No hard sell at all- all the options are there to choose. This is how business is done!

We just finished our pool. We could not be happier. They are wonderful to work with. We didn't run in to any problems. If there ever was a problem, they stood behind it and took care of it. All of their team was wonderful to work with and the end result is beautiful!

Everyone we came in contact during construction was respectful and helpful. They did a great job and continue to provide us with outstanding service over 2 years later. Not that we've had many problems (equipment/not their fault) but depending on the issue we've had to wait a week for an appointment. Not a big deal. We are super thrilled with our experience.

We contacted Premier Pools earlier this year to have our pool remodeled, this evening we enjoyed our first time in our newly refinished spa. Paul Cruze had excellent customer service he answered all my questions and stayed in contact through the whole process!!! So happy with the finished product. Thank you premier pools *

We recently had our first pool built and, after meeting with several companies, chose to work with Premier Pools. Our consultant, Obie Miller, worked patiently with us to design a pool that met our expectations and stayed within a modest budget. The construction of the pool was completed in a timely manner and we received plenty of communication each step of the way. The finished product has left us with no regrets. Our pool is a feature that our family will enjoy for years to come.

Just wanted to say I am still happy I chose Premier Pools - since its that time of year when people start thinking about getting a pool. Just want to add since I had seen bad reviews about their customer service and the pool company they use for start up when your pool is done that the customer service has been great - mostly dealt with Cheynenne and I think Bonnie and also precision pool service has been great - I had already contacted another company to switch to because of the reviews but they have been great and still ha... read more
