Premier did an excellent job building us the pool and spa of our dreams. From the initial appointment all the way to the final inspection, Premier was on top of it. Our pool was completed in 5 weeks, at a price that was very reasonable compared to several other quotes we got. I also felt like we got more for our money by going with Premier. After waiting due to "cold weather" the company finally repaired the concrete. The job was well done.
Premier did a great job on my pool back in 2007. They were always on schedule and did a good job at controlling all the dirt. They were very prompt & professional. Job was complete within the original planned time. I still use their pool service guy.
They don't just build the pool and leave - they even sent this guy Joey and another guy out to show me how clean and operate the pool. Two other neighbors also had Premier put pools in this year and had good experiences.
The skill and professionalism of each crew is nothing short of amazing. From the dig, steel, electrical, plumbing, concrete or finish. Theses are masters of their craft. I can't be any happier or more thankful.
We got a 30x15 foot custom pool with cabo shelf, pebble sheen finish, solar heating and 3 waterfalls. They also put in a gas fire pit and stamped concrete decking. The rock back wall, columns and rock fire pit are like you see in a magazine.GreatCost, Quality material, Friendly Professional Staff, Crews were flexible and worked with us to get end result we wanted. Have a lot of experience with handicap lift and railing installations.
All said and done we are happy with our pool it is beautiful but not in love with the decking. The concrete would look better had it been colored in the truck and not just dusted with color. With that being said I would do it again! Thank you Keith
Ok. Here we go. I've hired Premier to complete my swimming pool. Rather than yelp about positive or negative events after the install I'd rather yelp about the step by step as we go. The office staff are kind and thoughtful. They call when they say they will call and do what they say they will do. Again, I can't be complimentary enough.
