We've used Premier Lofts four times now with two different houses and every time they have been brilliant. They have done a loft conversation, ground floor extension, a reconfiguration of our downstairs and a conversion of a dilapidated outbuilding into a wonderful summer house. I just wanted to add something about Malcolm's after sales service, which has been remarkable. It’s 9 years since Malcolm did my loft conversion. Often years go by before I call him to check something about how we did the electric or plumbing; he calls straight back, and has every detail at his finger tips. No idea how he does this but this element of his work has added a whole other dimension to the value he’s brought. Premier Lofts have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They did a loft conversion for us with a dormer extension on the back of the house, comprising a main bedroom, a bathroom, and a smaller spare room/ office.
