New and Nice room. Worst corridor, place can seem unsafe as its between logistics warehouses. But okay

We slept one night at the premier lodge in Falkirk. When we entered the facility we were well welcomed by the staff, she was very nice. The room was spacious even as the bathroom. The shower was great! However, when checking the bed we found a lot of black hairs leading me to think the bedsheets were not changed. Also the hose of the shower head was full of black mold and there was a safety (?) light in the room which was quite bright making it a bit difficult to sleep.
