My wife just tried to buy a car and wanted a quote, she was just shopping around for prices and the salesman and the manager told her they would not give her a quote cause she was going somewhere else to get a quote from another dealership, she was treated with disrespect and they were very short and ugly, this is absolutely unacceptable!!!!!! Horrible place do not do business here!!

Our third Kia. Wife’s car got 80,000 miles from tires. My old Sorento got 92K. Now this place after just 30,000 miles say we need new tires, both filters replaced and transmission fluid changed. NICE TRY. This is our last time coming here. It’s 80 miles to Beaumont and their service is almost as bad. I think we need to contact Kia Motors.

Max was absolutely wonderful. His customer service would lead you to believe that he does not work for commission. He was very helpful and patient, never pressured us for anything. Then Dorian spent extra time that he didn't have to in order to get us the lowest payments possible and include maintenance packages. They were amazing people.
