Their service department did not repair my optima correctly which was still under warranty. It ended in a car fire and total loss of the vehicle. They did not even pay my car loan off in full (left a balance of over $4200) and wanted me to add the remaining balance to a new car sale at a higher interest rate. It’s unfair and unethical. friendly service and great people
I have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership. Had decent experience, until it changed to Premier. Principal is the problem. I had told the dealer I was putting the last vehicle I bought, only in my name. They were told to run my credit only. They chose to run my wife's credit, when told not to, causing hits on her credit. The Service is the best and Keith was a very good Salesman
Great service and cared about pleasing the customer and went above and beyond their duties assisting me with my purchase.
They are truly concerned about the customers and what they are looking for in an auto.
I do not recommend buying from this dealership because we bought a brand new car a year ago for my daughter and it has been in the shop more that I have had it. The last time I asked the general manager what he could do to rectify the problem he told my 21 year old daughter "she needed to get a boyfriend or a husband to make her happy!". Therefore he was insinuating that he wasn't going to help with the situation. We now have a rental that is just a base model and is a smaller car than they one we bought.
I had the best experience with premier Kia! They got me where I need to be and customer service was top notch! Highly recommend!!
