When we were sold our Kia I purchased every warranty they were selling. When we were being sold it was Chic Fil A quality. Now that we need service it’s Mc Donald’s in the roughest part of town.
Love this service department. They have always been very courteous and helpful during my service times. Service has always been completed in a timely manner and the staff has always discussed service needs with me instead of just doing it and then charging me for it.

The new service manager is AMAZING!! She was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure that I was well taken care of! I literally used to dread going to Kia but this new service manager they have I promise you is the BEST!!! If you are having any problems at all, go see Larah, she will get you hooked up and make sure you are taken care of!!! Will definitely be going back to see her!
My daughter took her Kia in for brake repairs and paid OVER $500 only to have the brakes go completely out on her way home. Her brother in law had to take the car back and demand it be fixed properly. If she would have been killed no one would have know she had a shoddy brake job. Just another young girl texting and driving. Shame on you Lufkin Kia.
I recommended my sister take her Kia back to the Lufkin dealership where she purchased, to have her brakes done. Terrible mistake. After she paid over $500, they sent her on her way with an even worse brake problem, putting her life and the lives of other motorists in danger. I feel really guilty for recommending Lufkin Kia to my precious sister just to have her nearly get in an accident because of shoddy workmanship.
