I love Premier Kia. They try so hard to keep their customers happy and I certainly am. I love the lifetime warranty and I love the free oil changes and tire rotation. We made a reservation for Wednesday because we had a Dr appointment in Lufkin and I was sick by the time we arrived and they had the shuttle driver to take us to eat and then pick us up when we were finished. I had to get my car reprogramed because of a letter I received from KIA stating this needed to be done. It was taken care of in a normal amount of time. I did ask for a copy of what they did but was not able to get that while there. I was told someone would mail it to me so hopefully they will follow through. The service area is really messed up with the construction and I hope that gets better soon.
Jeremy and his team went above and beyond to help my family get into a new Sorento!! They were courteous, friendly, and professional throughout the buying process!!
