Always fast and courteous. This has been my experience for over three years now.
We have had trouble from Day 1 with them. They entered our information in the system wrong, so there's always an issue finding our warranty - and then today, on top of that, I was hung up on by someone in Finance. I was not being irrational or ugly, I was only persistent in that I needed help. He was short with me, rude, and ended up pawning me off to someone in Nacogdoches that could help me - but not before he hung up on me. Randy was awesome and they were able to get me out of my old car while carrying over some negativity and never once said no or they couldn’t do it. They were awesome and I recommend them for anyone looking for great friendly service. The finance guy was awesome as well and got me a great deal.
The Servive was Awesome and I was fortunate to get the same gentleman Brian Sowell who sold me my Kia Soul which was 3 years ago.
