First they told her one thing was wrong, then they told her something else was wrong, and now they want to replace a master control module. I will say that Ms. Lara & Ms. Sierra in the Service Department went ABOVE & BEYOND their duty in taking care of me & my needs!! I have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING but GREAT things to say about BOTH Premier Kia & the KIA corporation and THEY stand behind their product!! BRAVO!!!

I have been a loyal Kia owner since 2012, and I have sent a lot of friends and family to this dealership. I have never had a reason to doubt them until I left my car in their care in May. My car started to stall out and die at red lights and in parking lots, and my RPMs on my car would not show and I had no power. I was told that it was the alternator and the battery and that they needed to be replaced. Apparently because of covid they are having problems shipping the parts I get it they put me in a rental totally understand... read more
My sales representative was Ernesto and he took great care of me! With a lot of disappointments with surrounding dealerships in lufkin because I’m a first time buyer, I was treated very well by everyone at this dealership. I walked away with a brand new car, no co-signer! Thank you so much Ernesto for helping me get something I really like and the rest of the dealership family! The process took less than an hour!
Kevin at Kia was so helpful and talked to me more as the buyer than my co-signer. Bought late Saturday and he called me Monday morning to remind me about getting the car detailed because by the time we finished the service people were gone. 100000000/10 recommend
the Sales Rep named Amanda was amazing. she did everything she could to get me in a car that day!!! She did succeed and found something comfortable for me and my girls. she also found something that my payment wouldn't be too high but affordable!!!
