Very good Premier Inn to stay, shame it's closing and being taken over, hopefully it will be as good when we visit again.

Lovely great value hotel! Rooms are quite large, very clean with comfortable beds! Hotel and catering staff are very hardworking and helpful. Pub/Restaurant was very clean with good food with good prices + quick service. Building exterior needs some paint and cleaning but is very secure with CCTV! Only negative is that the bathroom and shower are a bit worn and tired, however for the amazing prices I can accept that. Overall it's a lovely place to stay with amazing staff and nice rooms!

I was notified that this hotel was closing down and that they were cancelling my booking and putting me up in another PI. This they did but it was the furthest away from where I wanted to be and worse the price of that new hotel was half of what I had paid, yet they transferred the higher price to this hotel. So not only was there no compensation, they should have offered it for nothing as it was their problem not mine, they wanted me to pay double. I use PI a lot but will rethink in future.
